Airbnb Data for Seattle 2016

Based on a guided project created by Alex Freburg, the dashboard created shows features and details for Airbnb listings in Seattle, Washington in 2016. The original data was downloaded from a Kaggle notebook containing an Excel file.

Through this project, I was able to:
-Apply joins through Tableau to successfully combine information from tables together for analysis
-Create a map, bar charts, and line graphs to display different information about the listings in the dataset
-Organize and design a dashboard to display the results of my analysis

Questions I answered with the data included:
-When is the best time to rent out an Airbnb?
-What is the market size for rentals based on the bedroom capacity?
-What area of Seattle generated the highest revenue?
